Direct Deposit
Paystubs Can be Emailed |
| |
|
Auditor
Mike Kovack has announced that employees on direct deposit now have
the option to have their paystubs emailed to their personal email
account. The paystub will be in PDF format and look exactly
like the hardcopy currently distributed.
Employees can either print a copy or
save it to a file on their home computer.
Paystubs will be sent from
the email address: MedinaCountyDD@Medinaco.org.
According to
Auditor Kovack, employees electing
this
option
must first complete a form, found by
clicking here, and
return it to the person who processes their department's payroll.
Employees must use a non-Medina County government email account,
e.g. Hotmail, gmail, Yahoo, to receive their paystub via email.
Questions
should be directed to Lisa Nichols at 330.725.9772 or Sharon
Creswell, 330.725.9771. |
